I'm not receiving emails at braigoza@pinkiestexas.com.
The test emails don't go through either.
Please check on this.

Hello,
I cloned your form and tested on my side. The email settings cause your form notification mail to be marked as spam.
I found out that it happens when you insert 'Sender's Name' from the form field 'Full Name'.
When you disable that option the problem resolves. I think you will be able to receive notification mails after making that field empy (or as 'Please Select'). Here is a demonstration of how you can do it:

If you're still experiencing issues with not receiving submissions to your email, kindly check your Junk/Spam folder and if some of your submissions ended there, please open them and click 'Not Spam', it should look like this(for example in Gmail):
