We have several forms on our site for members. We are an animal registry and each form represents a different service we provide. Several of these require payment.
How is the best way to do this with Paypal? I want members to have the option to fill out all the forms needed and then pay one total through paypal.
Ex: A Membership costs $30, a doe registration costs $5 and a buck registration costs $7 for a total of $42 and 3 forms. So what's the best way to do this?Page URL:

You can pass total cost of a form to another form. Please have a look at the guide: How to Pass a Form's Calculated Value to another Form's Payment Total Field
However, I checked your website and you have so many forms. Therefore, this method is not useful for your case and may cause some conflicts on payment.
The best solution to provide users paying total price for all form cost through PayPal is to create a blank form that includes your all forms in one place and set several conditions in this form in order to hide or show fields according to user selections.
I created an example form for you and I specified options for New Member Application and New Animal Registration. When a user selected one of them or both of them, fields about this option will be shown. After he select prices, a calculation field will show total price. Finally, when he click the submit button, he will pay this total price. Please have a look at my demo. You can clone it to your side. If you don't know how to do it, please follow the guide: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
