Hello. Is there a way to make it so that your form will only accept a submission from an email address one time - to make it so that one person cannot submit multiple submissions.

You can enable on your form the unique question setting. By assigning it to the email address on your form, it will only allow the person to make a submission based on the email address he is submitting, and he cannot make another submission on the said form more than once.
