May I ask if you have already enabled the Paypal IPN as suggested by my colleague on your other thread (https://www.jotform.com/answers/96484)?
IPN refers to Instant Payment Notification. Enabling the paypal IPN makes sure that Paypal notifies jotform that the Paypal payment for a form submission is completed. JotForm then moves this entry to the form's submission list, and the form's email alerts are sent to their respective recipients.
If you have not yet enabled it, please do so and let us know if the issue still persists.

Thank you. Will enabling the IPN and directing it to Jotfom have any impact on other sites that are connected to this Paypal account (Shopify store and Vendini ticket manager)?

I would like to inform you that it will not have any impact on your other sites that are connected to your Paypal account. Your other sites should work just the same even when IPN is enabled.
