YIKES! My form just disappeared and is not in the trash

    Hi,

    I was updating the form and it is suddenly gone. My updates tonight were pretty slow and a couple of times I got a server error. I assumed it was something on my end. Each individual save seemed to be taken. 

    All of a sudden, the form content is missing. The form itself is still there. Just in case, I checked the trash. It didn't matter. 

    It was a huge form for data collection for a conference and is about be super active as the registration deadline is approaching. 

    I'm in a panic. 

    Can you help?

    Hello Jim,

    I've checked your account and forms. I've seen that you seem to delete 283 fields from your form one by one. Please check the screen below to see:

    Luckily, you are able to revert your form to the old versions.
