How can i programme a leave application module which can count days left eligible?

Is there a way to link staff name entered to match with record of entitlement of days available for leave application?

It would be great if can somehow link to googlespreadsheet when doing the references and calculation. Or need to use a stock count widget?

Yes. Unfortunately, with the Google spreadsheet integration we can only pass the form data to the spreadsheet. The submissions cannot be modified with any modifications made to the spreadsheet. Additionally, any changes made to the integrated Google spreadsheet would break the integration and the form data cannot be passed to it.
