    Encrypted Forms | I have existing submissions which now I can't see

    Encrypted Forms can't see submission

    Hello,

    After disabling the previous encryption, it is normal that you cannot see the previous submissions. If you want to see them you need to insert the old key. If you have created a new key to enable encryption again, the issue gets tricky.

    If you haven't enabled encryption yet please enable it. After that you can see your old submissions.

    If you have created a new key, you need to upload old key to see the old submissions.

    We did test your issue and found out that one can't insert old key to screen old encrypted submissions. In all cases JotForm uploads new key.

    We are escalating the issue to our developers. We will inform you about the issue under this thread.
