How can I change my User ID?

I need to change my User ID, because I did not know that it will be part of the external Link - How can I manage this? 

User ID is associated with your user name. Unfortunately, you cannot change your user name. However, if you share your account information that you want to change user name and preferred user name, I can change your user name if it is available.
