I'm creating a new form at the moment but every time I check out the previes I keep on receiving the message that the form is currently unavailable.. Is there something I forgot?

I checked your form (https://form.jotformeu.com/62916785005359) but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. The form was properly loaded when I checked your form.
Are you still encountering this issue? Can you try again and see if it is working now? If the issue still persists, can you provide us a screenshot of the issue/error you are encountering so we can further check the issue.
