Up until yesterday I was able to logon and edit submissions and today the edit icon is not available when I logon.

The email address (jmk@reinh**dt.edu) you provided is associated to this deleted user account (RUM*intenance). It is also associated to 2 guest accounts.
However, the form you provided belongs to a user (Reinhardt*esLife). It seems that you are not logged in to a JotForm account when you opened this thread.
Can you please make sure you are logged in to the correct account. Here's the login page: https://www.jotform.com/login. You may also try another browser just to check you'll be able to login or not.
Once you are logged in to your JotForm account, you will be able to go to the Submissions page and edit the form submissions.
