We want to move all the existing forms from one account (free version) to the other account (paid version).

Please let us know if this is possible and how can this be done?

This is possible, let us know the account username where the forms from your account tscnet should be transferred to. We will be glad to assist you.

I moved all your forms except this one: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/50253619614352. I'll check further about that one and let you know.

    Thank you!

    Thank you for your patience.

Regarding that one form, since there are some difficulties in transferring it, please clone the form to your other account. That form doesn't have any submissions or uploads on it, so the whole form will be on your other account as it is.

Here is how to clone the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

So, just log in to your d.belgers@tscnet.eu and follow the above guide.

URL of the form is: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/50253619614352

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thank you!
