Zoho CRM integration not capturing address fields

    I tested building a form using 2 address autocomplete widgets, one for collection address and one for delivery. Then integrated with Zoho CRM. All fields do push through to the lead in Zoho CRM but only one of the addresses is pushing through, seems to be an issue with the integration.

    Also, Company is not a required field in Zoho CRM yet it makes it mandatory on JotForms side.

    Please look at repairing the integration and removing the mandatory company requirement.

    Could you let us know if you are using any custom fields to add the Address fields in Zoho CRM? I have tried using some existing fields since Free account, and it worked fine at my end capturing both addresses. Could you make sure that the field is a single line or multi-line field if they are custom fields? Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.  

    The other question related to Company name is moved to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.
