How do I transfer forms from one account to another?

Hi,

I have a few forms that need to be moved to a different account.

Could you please let me know if I need to send you any additional information?

The account where the forms currently reside is under username: gingerbebco

The new account username is: exphvac

Ginger logged into my account to post the above request.
