How can I downgrade without cancelling my subscription?

Also - what does this mean to me?

When I go back to the Free Plan:  you can only store up to 500 total submissions in your account. When you surpass this limit, the most recent 500 submissions will be kept and the rest will be deleted.

What would I want to keep submissions and where can I find them?

You can downgrade to free status anytime you want to: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account 

However, on free accounts you can only store up to 500 submission in your account. Currently your account has 54 submissions total. If you reach the 500 limit, any new submissions will make the oldest one to get automatically deleted, since you can not store more than 500 submissions in your account.
