I was receiving emails when someone submitted my form but now I am not. I went through all the step to reset the email notification and still am not receiving them. I did the test email and did not receive that email also. Nothing is in my junk email either. Thank you for the help.Page URL:

The recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has now been removed from the bounce list, so this should solve the problem. Let us know if you need more help.
