Can I change my payment option without deleting all of my products?

I want to change my payment option to Square instead of paypal.  Can I do that without having to delete the entire thing and all the products I have added??  

You can keep the products if you want to change payment tool. When you click the "x" delete button, a message will pop-up and ask you if you want to keep your products, please click yes. Here's a screenshot:
