    Problem with my account

    Hello from Brazil

    1 -Yesterday I noticed whem my costumers  fill the warranty form in my website www.jetpik.com.br  - We stop receiving copies of records by e-mail contato@jetpik.com.br . But our customers continue receiving normally. We not. And for us, is important recive all copys about register in our website.     2- I decided to go to my forms in JotForm site. But when  I try to log in  in my account ... the website (Jotform) states that the password is wrong. After several attempts to log in  -  I decided to re-register my password again.  I try, try try, several time but  did not receive the email to reset the password  in contato@jetpik.com.br
    Every time I make a request for a new password, i dont recive any e-mail to register a new password.

    3- I did many test with contato@jetpik.com.br email and its works perfect, sending and reciving emails.

    I nee help to fix my account in Jotform Website

    Whats happen we dont recived any copy from costumers register?

    I am waiting as soon as possible  to solve this problem.

    To all of your inquiries, The email contato@jetpik.com.br is in the bounce list. This is the reason you're not getting email notification and reset password email.

    I have now removed the email from the bounce list. You can now try again resetting your password and you should now receive a notifications.
