Your account email is currently not in the bounce list at this time. So I could not see the reason why it was in bounce list.
Email being bounce can be due to multiple reason.
But usually, the email being added to bounce list was due to the intended email recipient having the issue. JotForm could not complete the email transport (due to issue on the intended recipient) so it gets added to bounce list at some point.
To avoid the issue, please refer also to the suggestion on our user guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
