THIS IS URGENT! My account has been suspended-This needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY

My account username AdminRSCM has been suspended due to "phishing" THis is false information and needs to be fixed immediately!!!!! I have over 50 live forms with your platform that need to go back on my websites right away. I was testing a new form i created snd this error appeared. Please verify that this can be resolved right away.
