Form not displaying correctly when it is embedded on Weebly web page

Also, when I embed a jotform using the jotform app, it comes out truncated
(only half the form shows). So then I tried copying the code from the
"publish" command and embedding that into my website. (I am using Weebly
so I select the code for the Weebly platform.) This only works if load the
form both ways, then delete the truncated form. I thought you would like
to know that the app is not working properly, and the "embedded code"
doesn't work either without the jotforms app.
Thanks for your help with the unwanted text. Susan

It is recommended to use JotForm app in the Weebly to embed the form. If you want to embed the form using the code, please try using the iframe embed method and only the script within iframe tags.

As I tested a form on my Weebly test web site, it is working with both embed methods. I see that you are now using the Custom HTML method on your web page and see that it is working fine.
