We would like to make a bank transfer for the upcoming payments.

    Hello. I am from Malaysian Community Education Foundation. Earlier, our admin owner, Mr Elanjelian (tamiliam@gmail.com) has left Malaysian Community & Education Foundation and all the payments were made via his credit card. We would like to make a bank transfer for the upcoming payments. How do we go about it?

    We do offer payment via Wire Transfer, which I believe is similar to bank transfer. Since you are currently subscribed via credit card, you will have to cancel the current subscription on your account if you want to pay via Wire Transfer instead. To cancel your subscription, please follow this guide: How to Downgrade Subscription Back to Free Account

    It looks like your account named tamiliam is currently subscribed to Economy Yearly. Please note that the Economy plan is from our old pricing structure. Unfortunately you won't be able to subscribe back to Economy Yearly if you will pay via Wire Transfer. You can only upgrade to one of the pricing plans available here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing. Furthermore, please note that since Wire Transfer requires manual process, you can only subscribe to the Yearly or Bi-yearly plans.     The Economy plan has similar limits to the Silver plan, so I would suggest that you upgrade to Silver when you pay via Wire Transfer.
