How to eliminate the empty fields in the auto-responder?

    Also, is there anyway to eliminate the the empty fields when an email recipient receives the form content which has been submitted?

    You may enable the option Hide Empty Fields in the Advanced section of the auto-responder so that the empty/hidden fields will not be displayed in the email.

    Please be noted that the feature shall be working only with the default email template. If you have made any changes to the email template, all the fields will be displayed normally.
