Can I export submission data into an existing Excel Workbook

    I made my own form. Is it possible to export directly into excel and use one of the workbooks we have as a default to grab the information?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately you can't export your form data into an existing excel sheet. However, you can create excel reports or download all submission data as excel.

    Creating excel report is suitable for your inquiry since you can select which field to export with arranging your data accordingly. Keep in mind to design your form to match your existing excel file. Here is a guide on how to create excel reports. After creating this excel report you can copy and paste the data or use macros to insert the report data into your existing excel sheet.

    Hi, Thank you. I'm creating a sheet with macros then. I'm creating the macros but, how do I get the macros to stay in the report? I'm trying to make sure the excel report from jot form will stay the same.     If you have any macros you will need to use it on your end, since you cannot add it to the JotForm.

    Yes, once you create an Excel report, it will keep the format. The excel file is downloaded when you access the report link.

    Also, do all entries forward into one spreadsheet? Any advice if I need to pull these one by one?

    There are two options, download all entries, or download the entries based on a time frame. The time frame option is available on Submissions page.

    The form entries can also be sent to integrated Google Spreadsheet.
