That is actually possible. You can create multiple email notifications and set different recipient on them. Here's a guide to learn more about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings. You can directly change your recipient addresses in those email alerts.
However, if you want to send email alerts depending on the user input, then that is possible using conditional logic.
IF "Text box" is equal to "1" then send "Notification" to firstname.lastname@example.org.
IF "Text box" is equal to "2" then send "Notification" to email@example.com.
