Im being asked to upgrade as my submissions have reached the current limit. But I don't have more than 5 submissions a month coming in.
Could you help?

When I checked, realised your account type is FREE and your type's usage limit is here:
As you can see, your total submission went over the limit. As I understood, you said to have little submissons per monthly. But you are out of total submissions.
If you would like to have more submissions, you have two options; once is that you can upgrade your account a paid plan or you can delete existing submissions to create space. For the second option, I can suggest you first to export and then delete your submission.
