Episode 8 of your Tutorial Videos talks about Device Previews, and it shows the form on desktop, mobile, etc. I cannot find this function on my JotForm account. The "preview" capability seems to have changed?
Here is the video I am talking about:

I am trying to create a form very similar to the one shown in this video (see screenshot). Can I find this form anywhere as a template I can then edit? That would be so, so useful.
Thanks.

The form which you are referring is available on the below URL:
http://jotform.com/42933179163964
You can create the clone of above form, and can edit that according to the requirement. Please check the below guide, which explains how to create Clone of a form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
While in the edit mode of form, when you will click to the "Preview" icon, you will get the form preview in a Popup window, according to the below screenshot:
The Preview button, which shown in Video, come in the Advanced designer tool. Please click on the "Design" icon in Form builder, and then from the new popup window, click on the "Advanced Designer" button, according to the below screenshot:
Once you will go to the Advanced Designer, you will get the Preview button, while doing mouse hover to the "eye" icon at the left side of screen, according to the below screenshot:
If you face any issue, or need further assistance, feel free to revert back.
Thank you!

Hi there - thanks for your answer. I've cloned the form - thank you. With respect to the preview, perhaps I did not make myself clear. In your Episode 8 video, the preview function shown shows the form on different devices: desktop, mobile, laptop, tablet, etc. This specific function now seems to be missing from the "preview" function - the one you show above.
How can I see what my form will look like on different devices? <== This is my question
Thanks,
Chris

I am sorry for the confusion. The preview option which you have seen in the video, is a part of "Advanced designer" tool. Please check the animated screenshot below, which explains how you can go to the Advanced Designer tool, and can see the Preview:
I have also updated my previous post, so you can also re-check the previous post. If you have any query, or need further assistance, feel free to revert back.
Thank you!
