The custom domain fails to work. I have added the domain and point to
the Jotform, but the domain have not been effective. When I tried the pdf
form, The traditional language change to number and none of the words be
able to display.

Hello, from your question it is hard to grasp the issue. Could you please give more details about it like form ID or form URL or your custom domain address?
Also please follow the steps on this guide to use a custom domain.
