Where can I find the "Unique field ID" in the new interface? When clicking on the above link by EltonCris, the link appears to be broken - taking me to the My Forms view, instead of to an answer.

    Thanks!

You can find the "Unique Question" in the Preferences menu. This function will prevent duplicate values entered on the same field. Here's how:

    1. Click the "Preferences" button in the toolbar.

    2. Go to "Advanced" tab and you'll see the "Unique Question". Click the drop down and choose the field you prefer.
