    I can click on the link and it brings me to the form just fine, but when I click on a file attachment this comes up.

    This XML File does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The documetn tree is shown below.

    <Error>

    <Code>NoSuchKey</Code>

    Then it continues with addition information about the key request id and host id etc.

    Also when a person edits the form, then not everything is sent through to drop box.  For example I updated my email address on the form through an edit link and that didn't go to drop box, but when I uploaded a new file it did.  Also when I use the edit link and change the email address I didn't receive a autorespond email update at the new address.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    Can you please tell us which form it was? I check the last form but there was no autoresponse email on it. We will check.

    Thanks.

    It was the form template. Here is the link to the form...https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/21056290718957 Also I think you may be looking at the email that is sent to me not the one that is sent to the person who fills out the form.  The email in question that has an issue is the Auto Responder email, not the notification email. Please review that email instead.  If you need a copy of the email let me know, I have removed the edit link at this time until it is going to work.

    Hi,

    I can click on the link and it brings me to the form just fine, but when I click on a file attachment this comes up.

    This XML File does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The documetn tree is shown below.

    <Error>

    <Code>NoSuchKey</Code>

    Then it continues with addition information about the key request id and host id etc.

    I cannot reproduce this. I was able to open/dowload the 1st attached file link on the email notification. Although there is no 2nd attachment on the email notification because it seems the field ID {61} does not exist in the form.

    Can you elaborate what it was for?

    Was the form setup with dropbox integration? I cannot seem to see on the form. They are just file uploads.

    Will for your updates. Thanks.
