    Hello Peter,

    I've checked your account and I've seen that your email ashiq135@hotmail.com was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:

    That was the reason you did not receive emails. I've removed your email from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.

    Moreover; if you ever come face to face with this kind of situations again, you can check yourself if any email is in our bounce list or not. Please find the link below to learn about it:

    Thanks for the quick reply. the first and third are the same but none of them are the tickets I'm concerned about.

    I'll lay out my question here.
    I see that PayPal made a payment to you of $79 as a recurring payment. I can't recall setting this up so can you help me to understand when it was set up....also....I'm sure that I saw somewhere in your marketing that Jotform was free?

    I am getting forgetful these days though so I won't be surprised with your response. I call my wife darling, love, sweetheart and other such endearments because I forgot her name years ago.
