My clients cannot upload files through my forms. This started a few hours ago. Is been working for months correctly. Any ideas?

Sorry about that. We had a minor technical issue a few hours ago and this has been fixed since then. I have cleared your Form Cache so please give it another try and let us know if you're still having issues so we can have another look.
