I have had several customers try to register using my form and they say that the captcha keeps "churning" through new captchas, even though they are using the correct information. I have experienced this once or twice myself when doing a test of a form, but never really thought it was a problem. Is there some way to fix this?

We really apologise for the inconveniences this issue has caused you. Unfortunately i was not able to reproduce the issue on my end, i managed to make submission of this form successfully using both IE8 and Mozila Firefox, up to getting to thanks you page,
Which kind of browsers that you used during this time. Try adifferent browser now and see if you can manage to enter captcha?,
