About to Leave JotForm & Leave Negative Reviews Everywhere Online

First, your service is ATROCIOUS. Forums and message boards only work if your system is 100% perfect. If you actually think a knowledebase or forum EFFICIENTLY solves problems, you are stuck in the year 2004. They are good for answering questions, not providing SUPPORT. Welcome to 2016.

Second, I get charged for what is OBVIOUS spam. Not bots that a captcha will cover either. Not having a solution for this serious issue means you dont care about your customers

Third, I have removed fields from our forms, yet they STILL show up weeks/months later.

Fourth, the archaic dashboard is insanely confusing/cumbersome and doesnt work at times. The very login itself is confusing.

Fifth, you charge more than the value created. Since your system is problematic, we dont get all the benefits for how this should work. Most of what I get is unavoidable spam because your system doesnt work.

Sixth, we should get a refund of 50-75% of everything we have paid you thus far since that is the rate of fake spam we get.

If you want to keep our business and save yourself from negative reviews, posts, and comments everywhere, I will need a phone call. You cant fix this stuff with a stupid message board that goes on for DAYS. I know you "dont do phone calls" but your service's flaws DICTATE THIS OBVIOUS NEED.

I need a 5 minute phone call or you can tell me your services suck and I need to find someone else.

We do not currently offer phone based support.  This was not something that was offered when you signed up nor was it implied that it was a service that was offered.  I will be happy to help with your requests here.

I checked your account and it is currently over limit for form views.  If your form is embedded to a high traffic page, each time your page is loaded, the form will also be loaded.  This counts as a view.  Replacing embedded forms with links to forms will ensure that only the users who wish to fill out your form are viewing it.

You can check specific form analytics against your website analytics:

    https://www.jotform.com/form-analytics/

If you see a large number of views to the form itself and not to your website, let us know and we will investigate further.  It is highly unlikely that a bot is continually loading your specific forms without loading your website.

We have several methods of preventing spam submissions to forms and if there were many spam submissions, we would reset your counter and clear them, we would not charge you for it.

If there are forms that you are removed fields from that are reappearing, let us know the specific form and which fields are reappearing.  We can check your forms revision history to see what caused the change.

We do not charge any more than what is listed, if you would like for us to refund your last payment and cancel your subscription, we can take care of it if you'd like.

As far as the log in being confusing, I am not sure how entering a username and password could be refined any further:

If you have specific feedback regarding the login process or dashboard, let us know and we will be happy to take anything constructive into consideration.

I have reset your form view limit and your account is back under its limits once again.  Your forms are also now active.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
