    Hi,

     

    On 24/04/2012 I made a purchase of $9.95

    And I got the error message that says: (Ref# 44847365) Your order for JotForm Premium-Monthly Subscription cannot be processed.

    I received the information below:

    Inconsistent contact / billing information

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, if you feel you are receiving this message in error, or if you wish to submit relevant information to your case, please contact us at: sales@plimus.com, otherwise no further action is required.

    Important: The credit card submitted will not be charged for this order.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS, MY CARD WAS BIILED, PLS I ASK FOR A REFUND.

    THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM ASKING FOR THIS REFUND. I HOPE TO GET IT THIS TIME.

    Hi,

    Sorry for what this issue has caused you. I have checked on our 3rd party payment gateway Plimus and found that your Transaction was cancelled.

    Please contact sales@plimus.com or support@plimus.com for further reasons why your payment was cancelled. If you were deducted then be assured you will get refund.
