your support forum isnt working. my problems cant even get reported to you! I am paying for spam because your platform isnt working!
this is 2016 - forum only support only works if your software is FLAWLESS. and it isnt. I cant even get a confirmation my ticket was received!

Can you please clarify what is not working? As of this time the Support Forum is working just fine and there hasn't been any reported downtime the past 48hrs.
It will also be easier to get assistance if you logged in to your account when posting question.

This type of service is NOT service. Some things actually require a real-time conversation. If you 100% refuse, we are finding someone else who can provide decent support.

The system does not email confirmations once you submit your inquiry, but you should receive the reply by email once your support thread is answered. The support forum is being monitored 24/7 and this is our main support channel.
If you register an account with us, you will be able to check your threads from the support forum page.
