Set a default time to configurable list widget

How do I set a default time to blank? If the time is not manually selected I don't want it to show a time in my report - so I need a blank option

Unfortunately you cannot set an empty time when using the Time selector field in Configurable list widget.

An alternative workaround is to use a Textbox instead and let the user manually put time value.

Or use the Dropdown list selector wherein there is a static selection of time available. The default option can be blank/empty.
