Good Afternoon Jotform Family<
I have a customer that just made a payment with the PayPal integrated form and I received the notification as an html code. Can you please correct this issue for me please?

I have checked in your form and I can see the same problem, I even cloned your form and I was able to replicate the problem on my end, although the payment section shows fine in the submissions page, when accessing to the submission through the Inbox option in My Forms page the HTML code is showing.
I will forward this thread to our second level so this can be checked and resolved by our developers, we will let you know once this is resolved.
