How can I set it up to allow multiple answers to be picked for the same question ?

I am using a radio button with 6 answers applied to a question. How can I set it up to allow multiple answers to be picked for the same question instead of it just letting the user pick just 1 answer?

The Radio option field will always only allow single option/answer all the time as this is how the field was setup to work.

On the other hand, you were referring to the functionality of the Checkbox field instead. The Checkbox field will allow multiple selected options/answers on the question.

Please exchange the field type you used to the Checkbox field instead.
