Show/hide conditions stops working in my form

I have in my form conditions that define if the field is to show or not. Conditions don't work. By clicking on the field, next fields don't appear even though the they're set in conditions. Please fix this option, because my clients have problems with filling in the form. Thank you in advance

Show/Hide Condition is working normally as usual. I suggest you review your conditions, conflicting conditions would easily break them.

Form ID number 53635974707366. Even when I check the form preview, it doesn't work properly. When you select any option of the first question, another hidden questions should appear. Unfortunately, nothing happens. I don't know what is wrong, because a few days ago everything worked properly. Creating a new form, the conditions work properly.

After a few minutes of debugging the problem, I found out that the first heading tool in your form is breaking the condition. I have no clue why it is breaking, it might have something to do with the updates so I suggest you try to recreate the first heading tool in your form, this might help. Just delete it and create a new one.

You were right. I also don't understand the relationship between the header and the conditions. After removing the existing header and adding the new one again, everything works well. Thank you for help :)
