How is the submission id recorded on the thank you page? It is not in my submission form

On the confirmation (thank you) page, I'm trying to have a reference number to track down a transaction. but the submission id isnt trackable. please advise

Can you please provide a bit more information about what you are trying to achieve?

Are you trying to show information, such as the number from your ESN field, on the thank you page of your form? If so, you can add it to your Thank You page by clicking on the Thank You button to access your Thank You page editor:

Once the editor opens, you can add information from any of your form fields to it by adding them through the Form Fields button:

In a similar manner, if you want to display the Submission ID, you would simply add the Submission ID option from the Form Fields menu.
