    4. How is it that I set my sender email to my email address wastecarrierlicence@environmental-licences.co.uk and it works fine for a number of months and then all of a sudden out of the blue I get an email from you stating that due to a technical issue you have had to change me email address to a jotform email address. Can you please give details of the specific issue that causes this and whether there is a permanent resolve?

Our system will be sending emails through your custom sender address for as long as there are no errors encountered with the connection.

When our system experiences issues sending emails through your SMTP server, it will revert to our default sender email option, which is noreply@jotform.com. This is done so that your emails can still be sent out even if we cannot send them through your SMTP server.

This is usually caused by technical issues, which can even be temporary and transient, such as your SMTP server could be unavailable at that moment, or if the authentication cannot be performed temporarily. Whatever causes our system to not be able to send emails through your SMTP server, the sender address will then revert to our default noreply sender option, so that your emails can continue to be sent.
