Do you mean you aren't receiving the images in your email notifications after submitted?
Or what are you referring to for "don't show up on your end as processed"?
I've tested this on a test copy of your form to investigate the problem for but I am able to receive it normally including the attached image.
If you're still having issues with this then just let us know.
