Hi there, our business no longer uses JotForm and we were automatically charged for this service. Two requests:
1. We ask that you cancel our service and automatic payment drafts.
2. We kindly request that since we have not used this service in exactly one year and have no intention of using this service for the next year, a full refund is issued.
