Photo getting re-sized in Dropbox

Hello - When my file (with a photo upload) is transferred to Dropbox, the image shrinks. In the PDF design, and in the PDF submission in Jotform, it looks correct. Something is happening when it is transferred to Dropbox. Can you help?

So you mean that images uploaded through your form are displayed correctly but when sent and viewed in your dropbox they are resized and smaller than the original upload, correct?

I'll be doing an thorough investigation to check on this problem for you and then i'll update you as soon as I figure out what's going on.

I've tested this on my end but unfortunately I seem to be unable to replicate this problem yet.

When I uploaded my test image it was 272 x 298 then when I viewed it in my dropbox and redownloaded the image file it was still the same image size.

Additionally, the image in the pdf is very large as it should be which is the same on the submission on my end.

Can you try again and let us know if you are still having this issue on your end?
