How can I make my form go live?

    When I press publish, I share the link and it says that the form isn't available and that it's disabled?

    Your account is currently autosuspended. I checked your form and I can see that you have fields that are asking for credit card information. Please take note that you are not allowed to collect credit card details here in JotForm. It violates our terms of use.

    I have removed the credit card fields so that I can re-activate your account. If you need to collect payments from your users, you need to use one of our payment processors. You may also check the Payment section of our user guides.
