I cannot see any of My Forms and the pages they are embedded in are only partially loading the forms. This is happening on jotform.com, jotformpro.com and jotform.net. Please help ASAP.

    Hi,

Can you please try click on "My Forms" on top? This should display your forms.

Could you also provide us a URL where one of your form is embeded. We will check it there.

    Thanks.

I continue to press on the My Forms and nothing appears. You can see some of the forms here: http://www.businet.com.au/contact_us.html and http://www.businet.com.au/support.html. I am using IE8 and the Capta message is handing and I am getting an error.

I checked both URL on IE8/IE9 also.

    http://www.businet.com.au/support.html = OK

    http://www.businet.com.au/contact_us.html = Not OK

OK means I was able to view, including the captcha properly. The issue can be on the form, because they did not behave similarly.

On other browser FF, Chrome both form display correctly.

Please try to log out then log in back to JotForm? Might as well clear your browser cache before login back.
Then try again if you can already view your forms.

Will wait for your update. Thanks.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the anomally could only be just on your browser.
    Please try to check.
I've been using Firefox today on JotForm with no issue encountered up to now.

As for the form not displaying correct on IE, may I request for the form ID# used on this web site http://www.businet.com.au/contact_us.html . We will investigate further why captcha was not displaying correctly on IE8.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hi,

When using direct secure script embed, the code should have been like this,

    <!--Start of Form -->

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.com/form/13605359838"></script>

    <!--End of Form -->

I am not sure why it was differently used on your page.
Please try to re-embed and use this code.
I was able to test it on IE8/9 and it work properly.

    Please update us. Thanks.

In the Embed Form Wizard section, I am shown the following code in the copy and embed link:

In the direct link section I am shown:
    https://secure.jotform.com/form/13605359838

I've embedded your code and it still not working.

    Sorry, my mistake.
It should have been like this.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.com/jsform/13605359838"></script>

    I pasted wrongly.

But still, you are correct it does not work even with the proper embed code already.
I will try to investigate further. As is, this was the only one not working with captcha on it.

Will update you when I have one. Thanks.

    Hi,

I think it is the re-captcha property enabled causing it not to work.

This is the case with the page  http://www.businet.com.au/support.html in which the form used does not have its recaptcha property enabled.

Would it be ok if you disable it on the the form and let us test again?
I tested it on my dummy page here with recaptcha disabled and it displayed properly.

Please use the proper embed code also.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.com/jsform/13605359838"></script>

    Will await your update. Thanks.

Yes it works without the captcha but I am still getting problems on the page, so I replaced the captcha with the one under Power Tools and it works. Not sure why it doesn't like the other one. I can also now view My Forms in FF. I think your systems may have been down in some way.

    Oh my. =)

Glad it got sorted out. Thank you for staying on it.

Perhaps you are right, there might be some network related happening somewhere.
We will get to know it in time.

    Thanks!

    I forgot to mention.
I did checked the site. And can see the form now displaying properly on IE8/9.

    Thanks again.
