Order with option to not pay and receive the submission

Hello There, I just create a form for our Film Festival Pass and tickets order.

Many of our members prefer to pay at the door or send a check.

I maid a test order one product where the web redirect to a paypal page. But if I don't complete the payment, I don't receive any email for at least the product ordered.

What would be the solution?

Hi Luc,

There are 2 options available to achieve this. You can use both or just either.

#1 Use payment authorization only.

User guide:  How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

With this option enabled on the payment tool, you can collect payment later if you want to.

#2 Enable Notification Email for incomplete payments.

User guide: How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail

This will send email alert to your email even for those submissions that were not completed or cancelled or user did not proceed to complete paypal transaction.
