How is it that the form does not show up on some of my friends' browsers?

I simply link to a javascript on Jotform. That javascript paints the background colour and inserts the header and footer images, but the form does not appear. On other people's machines it works fine!

    The script being called is

Please try also re-publishing your form using instead its iframe publish code.

    User guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Since you already had use the script embed code and there is issue on some users, it is highly possible the issue was due to script conflict.

Using the iframe publish code of the form should prevent any script conflict from happening.

Let us know if this did not resolve the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan
Thanks for your reply; unfortunately the iframe method did not work for
the person concerned either. I took a look at his laptop and discovered
the culprit was an advertisement blocker called AdBlock. I added our
site as an exception to Adblock and he is now happy.
