Is there anyway for the info that gets inserted in this form automatically update to a spread sheet?

4) is there anyway for the info that gets inserted in this form automatically update to a spread sheet?  Or some other source so I don't have to manually do it?

We currently have an integration with Google Spreadsheet which will allow you to send the submissions received in your form to your own spreadsheet.
