I have been trying to reset my password. Apparently I have 2 accounts created.
The first is email@example.com
The second is a username login: stormpower29
I have tried to reset stormpower29 but I am not getting an email to any of my emails.
In addition, i was trying to connect to my Stripe account and got connected a couple of times.. but now it won't connect at all..

Hi, your username "stormpower29" is associated with the email address "firstname.lastname@example.org". It was in the bounce list of system. Below is the reason given by the system:Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.1.1 unknown or illegal alias: email@example.com
I have just removed your email address from the bounce list. So now you should be able to receive email notification. So please try to click on Forgot Password link again, and you will get Password reset instruction on your email address.
